Indian Army commences computer coaching classes for 24 girl students

BANIHAL 29 DEC : Indian Army located in Banihal started Computer Course Operating Programming Assistance classes for 24 Girl students from 29 December 2021, at ITI Banihal under Sadhbhavana Project.

The majority of populace in Banihal resides in the remote areas and is devoid of infrastructure and education facilities. The aim of initiative by the Indian Army is to impart quality computer education to girl students, primarily of rural areas and belonging to BPL category. This would be helpful for generating self-employment and empowering young women of the area.
