Shaheen urged Government to return body of Gool civilian killed in Hyderpora to his family

Banihal, Nov 19; National Conference leader and District president Ramban Mr Sajjad Shaheen has urged the J&K government to return the body of Amir Ahmad Magray, a resident of Gool in Ramban, the third civilian killed in Hyderpora without any further delay.
He said that the Jammu and Kashmir administration has returned the bodies of two civilians killed in Hyderpora encounter to their kin yesterday night but the body of third is yet to be returned to his family which is really a matter of concern.

Shaheen said that father of deceased Amir Magrey is a recipient of State bravery award and now his son has been killed and falsely labeled as a militant is highly unfortunate.

“The least the J&K administration could do is to return the body of Magray also so that his family could perform his last rites,” Shaheen said.

He also demanded a judicial inquiry into the Hyderpora encounter and has also appeal to the LG lead government to ensure that those involved in the killing of unarmed civilians are brought to justice.
